Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and locations.
For COD orders, a partial advance payment may be required at the time of placing your order. The remaining balance is payable upon delivery.
If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed COD order without a valid reason, the advance payment is non-refundable, as it is used to cover shipping and return logistics costs.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pinorbit.com.
To help us investigate your claim, please provide:

A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video showing the package being opened from its sealed condition.

Photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Claims submitted without an uninterrupted unboxing video may not be eligible for resolution, as we may be unable to verify the issue.
