Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pinorbit.com.
To help us investigate your claim, please provide:

A clear uninterrupted unboxing video showing the package being opened from its sealed condition.

Clear photos or videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label (if applicable).
Claims submitted without a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or resolution, as we are unable to verify whether the issue occurred before or after delivery.
Once we review and verify your claim, we'll work with you to provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses to accept a shipment at the time of delivery, the shipping and return shipping charges incurred by Pinorbit may be deducted from any eligible amount, where applicable.
Sale Items
All sale, discounted, promotional, and clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
